At Persimmon, we celebrate Singaporean cuisine in our own unique fashion. We take classic European comfort food dishes, and give them a special Singaporean twist.
Ours is no ordinary chicken salad – we start with tender shreds of poached chicken, roma tomato, cucumber and mesclun greens, and add a chilli, garlic, ginger, soy, sesame and lime vinaigrette and crispy puffed rice croutons!
All of the taste of Singapore’s national dish, Chicken Rice, with just a fraction of the calories!
And how about our version of Beef Wellington, made with Wagyu beef cheeks, slow cooked in coconut milk and Malay spices until meltingly tender, then encased in gloriously buttery and flaky puff pastry!!
